Quality assurance is embedded at every stage of our OEM/ODM manufacturing process. Our testing capabilities include electrical safety testing, EMC testing, environmental stress testing (temperature cycling, humidity testing, vibration testing), and performance testing. For solar products, we conduct IV curve testing, electroluminescence (EL) imaging, and flash testing to verify cell efficiency and panel performance. All OEM/ODM products undergo 100% functional testing before shipment, and we provide detailed quality inspection reports with each order.
